The Lower London Road development, consisting of 36 five storey flatted units was built on a former brownfield site in the centre of Edinburgh.
Services provided for this project included: site investigation and remediation, civil and structural design, including drainage, piled foundations with a steel and concrete podium deck, and SER certification.
