The Silverburn Shopping Centre has over 1,000,000 sq ft of retail space. The structure consists of a 10,000 tonne steel framed building, curved in plan and two/three storeys high.

4,500 parking spaces are also provided; 1,975 in the multistorey car park and 2,500 at ‘grade’.
